Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Inviteora.com, we strive to provide transparent and efficient services. By adding funds to your account, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Fund Deposits & Usage

  • Once funds are added to your Inviteora account, they cannot be withdrawn.
  • The deposited amount will only be used when your campaign is successfully launched.
  • No refunds will be provided for unutilized funds or unused balances in the account.

3. Campaign Cancellation

  • A campaign can only be canceled before it is launched. Once the campaign is live, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • If a campaign is canceled before launch, the funds will remain in your Inviteora account for future use but will not be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for funds added to your Inviteora account.
  • In case of technical errors (such as duplicate transactions or failed payments where money was deducted), a refund may be processed after verification, subject to bank and payment gateway policies.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 working days after approval.

5. Exceptions & Disputes

  • If you believe there has been an error in the billing or a discrepancy in the transaction, you must contact our support team at support@inviteora.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and relevant laws of India.
